Algactiv is a natural growth promoter obtained from a filtrate of algae cream
and microelements in chelated form.
The combined action of these constituents has a stimulating effect on plant
metabolism enhancing its performance and increasing metabolic and
photosynthetic activity.
The yeast extract containing brown algae is obtained by a refined production
technique that, thanks to the delicacy of the means in which the extraction
is conducted, ensures that considerable concentration of natural substances
remain within the formulation.
It is very rich in carbohydrates, alginates, amino acids, vitamins, betaine,
cytokinins, gibberellins and auxins that induce cellular distension, the
differentiation of vascular tissues, etc.
The microelements are all in chelated form and therefore able to remain in a
soluble form that is available for crops within a pH range between 4 - 8.
We recommend to use it in the most important period of development
(transplant, flowering, fruit setting, enlarging fruits) when physiological needs
are greater.
Positive effects are higher yield, increase of fruit setting and reduction of the
effects of fruit falling, early maturity and shortening of production cycles. Its
special formula acts at the structural level both in the fruits and in vegetative
organs of the plants, for which growth, quality and yield depend on a
strong plant with a balanced vegetative apparatus and a healthy and well-
developed root system. In fact plant development and initial root growth are
vital to the success of crops.
Distributed instead in moments of abiotic stress (frosts, hailstorms, weeding,
water excesses or water shortages) it allows a rapid overcoming of the
vegetative growth arrest.
